Chamber Music on the Mountain

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2015 @ 3pm

Featuring John Barcellona, Flute; Peter Christ, Oboe
Patricia Nelson, Bassoon; Colleen Adent, Piano

John Barcellona, Peter Christ, and Pat Nelson are regular members of the Westwood Wind Quintet and appear often on these concerts, usually in connection with a recording project. Colleen is a popular local pianist who has played often at these concerts and has a dedicated following in the community. The program, still to be finalized, will include baroque composers Handel, Quantz, and Telemann and a wonderful Romantic work by composer Lalliet.

The Crystal Chamber Music Hall was built especially for quality recorded and live acoustics. Walls and ceiling are cedar, perfect for an intimate chamber music experience. Crystal Records is at 1500-foot elevation on Livingston Mountain about 8 miles north of Camas, Washington, or 25 minutes from the Portland Airport. Beautiful trees and views of Mount Hood and the Columbia River valley make this an ideal destination to hear beautiful music.

Concerts are sponsored by Crystal Records and are free admission. Seating is limited to 65 and the concerts are usually filled. Advance reservations are required. Please call Crystal Records at 360-834-7022 or email staff@crystalrecords.com for reservations and directions.
